What to Ship in the First Week After Launch
The first seven days decide whether launch day turns into users. Fix what people hit, answer everyone, and ship one visible thing.

Launch day sends strangers to your product. The week after decides how many of them stay. You do not need a roadmap for it, only three habits: fix what people hit first, answer everyone, and ship one thing they can see.
Open your comments and your support inbox and look for the same complaint twice. One person tripping on a step is a story, and two is a bug. Fix the step that most people reach first, even if it is not the feature you are proudest of.
Reply to every comment and every email within a day. It costs you an hour and buys more goodwill than any feature. When the answer is "not yet", say what you will do instead and when you will look at it again.
Pick a change a user can notice in a minute: a faster page, a clearer empty state, the feature three people asked for. Then write it in your build log in one line, so the people who upvoted you see it.
